Homework is a sensory studio that aligns with nature. This looks like living harmoniously with the seasons, drawing upon the grounded and tangible elements of nature, from the calm trickle of water to the warmth of the sun. These candles are created in small batches, and use responsibly-sourced ingredients. The beautiful green glass jars can be reused as decorative storage jars, too

Homework pays homage to creator Stephanie’s Chinese heritage, having grown up with Traditional Chinese Medicine – from her Popo picking herbs in the mountains in Tai Po to create her own remedies, to her parents who immigrated to Manchester in 1984 to set up their own clinic. So it felt both natural and vital for homework’s sensory philosophy to be rooted in TCM.

Lilac: Made in lilac goat leather this is bag that can be worn for many occasions, and could easily take you from day to night dressing - a fun and practical piece.

The lilac is contrasted by a dulled black leather drawstring and navy coloured straps.

The metallic is tempered by a chocolate leather drawstring and whiskey coloured straps. This wonderful metallic is laid over a burgundy colour base providing glimpses of warm tones to complement the brown leather as the bag cracks and ages.

Rose gold: Made from Rose Gold Metallic leather, the surface of each bag has its own distinct, slightly 'distressed' grain made from twisting the skins during the tanning process. The resulting markings give the bag a unique and characterful appearance. The metallic foil is laid over a nude base, which is subtly revealed in the deeper grooves of the grain and also over time as the bag ages and becomes softer.
