we offer both a rate of £5 for all standard, UK deliveries and express, next delivery for £10 on goods and fresh flowers.

delivery

we aim to despatch your goods within 3 - 5 days working days (monday – friday), subject to availability (excluding made to order items). during busy periods we will endeavour to inform you if there are any delays. delivery will be within 2 - 3 working days from despatch and A signature will be required on delivery.

should you need the item sooner please get in touch. an additional charge may be payable for expedited delivery.

for larger items, we can arrange special delivery with a national haulier. in such cases, please contact us for a quotation and to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery. this may result in the goods taking slightly longer to arrive than our standard service.

delivery to the following postal areas will incur additional charges; please contact us for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands (AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36-49, IV51-56, IV63, HS, KA27, KA28, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH4-44, PH49-50, ZE), N. Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.  any orders requiring delivery to these areas will not be dispatched until we are contacted. unfortunately, we are unable to deliver internationally.

fresh flower deliveries

Delivery is £5 for local deliveries (4 miles from the shop) - if you are a bit further away do get in touch and we can give you a quote for delivery. We cannot post our flowers at this time.

We deliver on Fridays or you can pick up from the shop on Fridays or Saturdays - Please specify in the ‘notes’ section if you would like them delivered on a particular day and we will do our best to accomodate.

We do not accept returns on flowers.

returns

we have every confidence in our products; however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us at your cost within 14 days, in the same condition that it was delivered and packed in its original packaging, for a refund or replacement. we suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items lost during return transit or not in a fully saleable condition. please check your goods immediately upon receipt, and inform us within 24 hours of arrival if they are damaged or not as ordered and we will be happy to replace them.

regretfully, we can not accept returns on flowers, foliage, plants, consumables (food, cosmetics, skincare and perfume), earrings and bespoke made-to-order items.

small print

all photos and prices are guides. the price of goods are those stipulated on the website and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system; they are inclusive of any VAT due at the current rate. we reserve the right to periodically update prices.

every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct. however, due to the nature of some hand finished and antique items on our website, slight variations may occur between actual goods and those pictured. we reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.

the title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment. until such time, hedge retain full legal and equitable title to the goods.
