Flower Club
the flower club is our flower delivery service where you will receive a bundle of our delicious locally grown blooms to arrange at home.
our weekly subscribers will receive their order on the Friday after they have placed their order and be repeated every week
our fortnightly subscribers will receive their order on the Friday after they have placed their order and be repeated every 2 weeks
our monthly subscribers will receive their order on the Friday after they have placed their order and be repeated every 4 weeks
seasonal flowers and foliage sourced from British growers.

Your first payment is for your first delivery, from then it will be taken fortnightly via direct debit. You can manage your subscription via your customer account after you have purchased
our flower club subscription service is available for customers 4 miles from our store in Stirchley, but you can also collect from our shop if you’d prefer.

When will I receive my order?
flowers will be delivered every other friday. Deliveries can arrive any time from mid-morning, depending on where you are based
how many stems will I get?
you will receive approximately 15-20 stems, a mixture of show blooms, supporting cast and foliage. Sometimes with very large or more stems you may receive less
where do the flowers come from?
we only use english garden flowers grown locally by artisan flower farmers and market gardeners without chemicals.
how long will my flowers last?
your flowers will last typically 5 days or more but some may not last that long. Cultivated flowers have the scent bred out of them to increase their vase life, these do not, they are drenched in chemicals, these are not. These flowers come to you via an ethical and ecologically conscience supply chain, are safe to compost and so may not last as long as the forecourt chrysanths but who wants them in your home anyway!
how are payments made?
Payments are made via direct debit from the card that you used to make your initial purchase. this payment will go out on the same day that you made the purchase, each week/fortnight/month
how do I cancel?
to cancel your subscription, head to you customer account page and simply click cancel subscription
what if I am away?
you can simply pause your delivery for that week through your customer account and clicking the Reschedule order date.
