We offer a la carte, small packages and also bespoke wedding flowers,
For our a la carte flowers you can select what type of arrangements you’d like from the form below. These are to be collected from Stirchley the day before the wedding. These will be in our signature naturalistic style using seasonal flowers but designed from what is available at that time, and can be in a green, cool white, pastels or bright palette.

Full payment taken on booking to confirm your order and reserve your date
You collect your flowers from our shop in Birmingham on the day before your wedding date.
Miniumum spend of £850
We also do various packages for smaller weddings and a bespoke wedding service which has a minimum spend of £3,000.

Step-by-Step:
Fill Out Your Order
You can check your date is available with us via email. Then you can fill out the order form and if we have the availability for your date still, you will receive the final estimate within a few days, along with the contract for your review. You can still change elements on your order at this point.
Contract & Deposit
After approving your final estimate and order, please send a copy of the signed contract and the non-refundable deposit of £500 within 7 days to secure your date. we can't hold dates without the deposit! Once the date is secured a pick-up /delivery time can then be chosen.
Final Tweaks
As your event gets closer, we will reconnect with you to finalise your order. Additions and small tweaks can be made at this time. No changes can be made within 5 weeks of the event.
The order can be increased, but not decreased at this stage. No changes can be made within 5 weeks of the event.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the event, to the bank details we provide.
FAQs
Pick Up / Delivery
We suggest picking up the day before the wedding. We'll organise a pick-up date and time with you. Pick up is from the garden & studio near Pulborough, West Sussex. We will happily deliver your order for £120 or 20% of your order (whichever is greater) to all location within a 40-mile radius from our farm & studio. Delivery is to one address only. We can set-up your flowers for you on arrival for an added timed fee. Additional distances will incur a £1.8 per mile charge. Delivery in or via Central London may incur congestion charges.
Vessels / Vases
All our vessels for A La Carte flowers are glass and stoneware and are included with your order, they are yours to keep. If you have more specific design and vessel requirements, you may want to consider the bespoke-Service Weddings & Events offering.
Colours / Palette
We can work to a very loose colour palette, but due to being a small-scale grower, and working closely with nature and seasonal flowers, we can’t work in very specific colour hues or specific flower types for A La Carte orders. What we can promise you- is that it will be beautiful, and You are welcome to express a colour or two to be avoided, your main colour scheme for us to take into account, and whether you prefer bold, moody, or soft colours.
Changes / Alterations
Small changes and additions may be made when we contact you five weeks before the wedding, and up until 30 days prior to the event day. Due to designating crop- we are unable to reduce your order by less than 30 days prior to the event day. If you need to change the date of your event, subject to our availability, we'll do our best to work with you, and may be subject to change-of-date fees.
The Flowers
We grow our flowers with a lot of love and organic practises throughout the season, picking an abundance of unusual and beautiful varieties full of scents to make your day special and unique. When the wedding is on a bigger scale, we love nothing more than sourcing surplus ingredients from other local growers.
