This cult flavour is a firm LBJ favourite – now it is available as part of the LBJ classic range. Made with the juiciest Figs and cooked with Earl Grey tea producing a sweet – but ever so slight savoury – jam due to the texture/flavour from the fig seeds. Highly recommended on toast but equally as delicious served on a bruschetta with feta cheese, rocket & olive oil.

Strawberry sauce or jam? Both! We like to think of this summery jam made at the peak of the Strawberry season. Strawberries are very low in Pectin so this is perfect spooned over your ice-cream sundae or stirred into your sheep’s milk yoghurt. Paired with a hint of the Middle East, a splash of the classic Rosewater. Ingredients: Strawberries, unrefined cane sugar, rosewater & lemon juice.
